The bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping was really on point, cleaning our room while we were out for breakfast. Plus, we enjoyed great drinks and dinner at the hotel bar, a nice bonus. The facilities, like the gym with peloton bikes, were excellent too.

Good location, but pricey!
This is a solid spot for a fun weekend. The location is awesome, right in the heart of downtown. We loved the rain shower head in our king room! One weird thing was the parking situation. It was confusing and added to our bill. Just be ready to shell out $$ for everything.

I had a great three-night stay! The whiskey bar had an amazing collection, and I loved the free bottles of water at reception. The room was comfy, but the view was surprisingly not as impressive as the photos.

I enjoyed the clean, comfortable bed in my Beautiful King Room. The room felt cozy after long days out exploring the city. The bathroom had nice complimentary toiletries, a nice touch. Valet parking was convenient, though it felt overpriced at $75 a night. I had some trouble with unexpected charges on my bill after checkout, which left me concerned. The lobby had a lovely atmosphere, but some areas felt a bit dated. I noticed some dust in the vents and small cracks on the mirror. Staff were friendly but not always readily available. Waiting around for valet was also frustrating a few times, especially when no one was present at the stand.

The hotel boasts a beautiful lobby and comfortable rooms, but the lack of friendly service from some staff and unsettling cleanliness issues in the pull-out couch detracted from the experience. It was an enjoyable stay that could use some improvement in service and maintenance.

We visited McKinley Park and had a blast. The beds were super comfy, and the place was close to many attractions. Just be prepared for a more dated look.
The furniture definitely shows its age, with scratches and dents. For the price per night, I expected a bit more polish.
